We expect booths to be staffed at
all times.
Booth Specifications
·
Minimum booth size to be 10 ft. across and 10 ft. deep
·
Exhibitor to furnish all decorations, tables and chairs
·
No pinning, taping, wiring stapling, gluing, etc. to
divider curtains in Merchants Building.
·
Exhibit tables must be skirted to the floor or ground
·
No subletting of space
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD, DISPLAYED
OR DISTRIBUTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS:

Drug Paraphernalia
· Alcohol or alcohol related products
· Obscene literature/merchandise
· Explosives or exploding devices
· Aerosol novelty spray (such as silly string)
· Laser lights or related products (such as laser pointers)
· Paintball guns and related products
· Tobacco or tobacco related products (including lighters)
· Smoke bombs, stink bombs
· Swords, knives, guns, throwing stars & other weapons (Real
or Toy) ·
Any merchandise deemed objectionable by AAS Commercial
Committee
Gate Passes: A limited number of
free fair admission passes will be allowed per concession. If
additional passes are needed for workers, they are available to
purchase.
