The Armada Fair is accepting application for vendor spaces at this time.  Returning vendors have the first opportunity to resign their contracts. Applications will be collected until June 1st.  At that time the Committee will decide who has been accepted.

Absolutely NO FOOD vendors will be considered.   


  • Must provide a certificate of liability insurance for entire week
  • Must occupy booth at all times
    • Monday, August 14th through Sunday, August 20th, 2017
    • 11:00AM-10:00PM  
  • Must stay in confines of your booth space. No soliciting on grounds. 
  • Family friendly merchandise only
  • No vehicles on the grounds
    • Must unload before 8AM
  • Extra charge for high voltage electricity needs
  • You will receive (7) admission tickets and (1) weekly parking pass
  • Discounted prices available for all other admission tickets
